Lohanslot Terms & Conditions – Rules for Malaysia's Online Betting & Casino Platform

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

4. Deposit & Withdrawal

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• The Welcome Bonus (100% first deposit match up to RM500) carries a rollover requirement of 15x total deposit and bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses over seven calendar days and credited every Monday. Cashback carries no rollover requirement and may be withdrawn immediately.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at Lohanslot — covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL and other leagues), BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports and all other available sports — is subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by a member once a match has started, except where a match is postponed or cancelled in accordance with the stated policy.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply — any subsequent odds movement has no effect on confirmed bets.
• Matches postponed by more than 48 hours from their originally scheduled time will be declared void and all related wagers will be fully refunded to members' accounts.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds (for example: negative odds or odds that deviate significantly from the market), Lohanslot reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each match and market are set by Lohanslot and are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions.

For in-play (live) betting, all outcomes are determined based on the official results announced by the relevant event's governing body. Any disputes regarding match results will be referred to the official records of that body.

7. Live Casino Games

All Live Casino games at Lohanslot — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and Salon Prive VIP — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of each round is final once the dealer announces "No More Bets" and the result is displayed on screen. No disputes regarding completed round results will be entertained.
• If a technical disruption occurs while a round is in progress, that round will be voided and all wagers will be refunded to the affected members' accounts.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each table are as displayed on that table's screen. Members must ensure their wager amounts remain within the specified limits.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, Lohanslot reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances in the account.
